Messapian and Roman Lecce

A walk through the historical centre of Lecce to discover the history of the Messapian settlement whose name is unknown, and also the ancient monuments of the Roman city of Lupiae, which became a colony in the Augustan age.

A journey back in time, 25 centuries ago, to discover the places of worship as well as the buildings, the construction techniques and the way of life of the inhabitants of the city in ancient times.
